Want a master’s abroad without taking the GRE? In France, most master’s programmes select students on their academic record, motivation and interview, not on GRE scores. At AI2, the MSc in applied AI is open without GRE or GMAT. Here is how admission works in 2027.
Do French universities require the GRE?
Generally, no. French universities and many schools assess your bachelor’s degree, transcripts, motivation and sometimes an interview. Some business schools ask for the GMAT or GRE for management programmes, but this is rare for computer science, data and AI programmes.
