Medan covers all of Sumatra; Jakarta covers DKI Jakarta, Banten, Bogor-Depok-Bekasi and Kalimantan; Bandung takes the rest of West Java; Yogyakarta serves DIY and Central Java; Surabaya handles East Java and eastern Indonesia. Advice sessions are held at the office or online, by appointment.
Indonesian qualifications and AI2
- SMA or SMK ijazah, with mathematics: Year 1 of the Bachelor in Applied AI.
- D3 diploma: BSc final year (top-up). Campus France Indonesia’s own enquiry form places D3 alongside the French BTS and IUT, and AI2 admits BTS holders to the top-up.
- S1 (sarjana) degree in informatics, engineering, mathematics or statistics: MSc Applied AI.
- S2 (magister), or four years of related higher education: the 11-month Fast-Track.
Pre-consular steps in Indonesia
- Send AI2’s letter of acceptance to your Campus France officer, who confirms the visa type and the procedure for your case.
- Register on Études en France, complete the account, then email your officer when it is ready to be checked.
- Pay the Études en France fee only once your officer gives the go-ahead; your local office supplies the payment details.
- Attend the Campus France interview, online or in person as agreed with your officer.
