AI2 – Applied Institute of Artificial Intelligence is an applied AI school on the Écouen campus, 22 minutes from Paris Gare du Nord. Its programmes are taught in English and prepare qualifications registered by the French State with France Compétences (RNCP) at level 6 (bachelor’s level) and level 7 (master’s level).

Campus France at the Alliance Française, Dhanmondi
Campus France Bangladesh works from the Alliance Française de Dhaka at 26 Mirpur Road, on the corner of Road 3, Dhanmondi. Meetings are arranged by email at bangladesh@campusfrance.org, so write before you go. This office runs the Campus France interview that has to come before any visa appointment; the country-level steps are in our Bangladesh country guide.
VFS Global at Rangs Z Square, Gulshan 2
France’s visa application centre, run by VFS Global, is on level 7 of Rangs Z Square, 118 Gulshan Avenue, Gulshan 2. It accepts applications and returns passports from Sunday to Thursday, 08:30 to 16:00, and is closed on Friday and Saturday. Its call centre, (+88) 09666 911 578, answers Sunday to Thursday from 08:00 to 16:30, and the centre can also be reached at info.francebgl@vfshelpline.com. The basic service fee is set in euros and paid in taka, and optional extra services are sold on site; decisions remain with the embassy. Students do not reserve a slot here online: the embassy’s visa section emails them. For a long stay, France-Visas asks for an appointment at least one month before departure and does not accept applications more than three months before it.
Universities and banks in the city
Dhaka’s computing graduates come from institutions such as the University of Dhaka, the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET), BRAC University, whose campus is at Kha 224 Pragati Sarani, Merul Badda, and North South University. A four-year CSE or EEE degree from one of them matches the MSc Applied AI, and the transcripts you request from your registrar’s office are what the academic team reviews before your online interview. When tuition is due, banks across the city open student files; Standard Chartered, for instance, has student care desks at its Gulshan and Dhanmondi branches.

Entry requirements
- MSc: a bachelor’s degree (BSc) in computer science, IT, engineering, mathematics or statistics. English at B2 level: IELTS 6.0, TOEFL iBT 72 or equivalent, or schooling in English.
- Fast-Track (11 months): for graduates who want the level-7 qualification in under a year.

From Dhaka to Paris: step by step
Apply to AI2 online and attend an online interview with the academic team.
Receive your admission letter.
Complete the Études en France procedure with Campus France: it is compulsory for long-stay student visas from Bangladesh (details above).
Apply for the long-stay student visa (VLS-TS) on France-Visas, with proof of at least €877.50 a month of resources.
Arrive on the Écouen campus near Paris and validate your visa online on the ANEF portal within three months.
