Applicants from Indore deal with offices outside Madhya Pradesh: Campus France India has closed its Bhopal office, and the state has no French visa centre. This page explains who now handles your file and which visa centres are realistic from Indore.
AI2 – Applied Institute of Artificial Intelligence is an applied AI school on the Écouen campus, 22 minutes from Paris Gare du Nord. Its programmes are taught in English and lead to French qualifications registered at bachelor’s and master’s level.
Applying from Indore: what is specific to you
Campus France after the Bhopal closure
Campus France India lists its Bhopal office as closed and redirects queries to its Mumbai office, where one manager covers Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. That office is at the Alliance Française de Bombay, Churchgate Chambers, 5 New Marine Lines. Plan for the possibility of an in-person interview in Mumbai and confirm the format with your manager.
Choosing a visa centre
France-Visas does not list a VFS Global centre in Madhya Pradesh, but it states that applicants may use the centre of their choice. Three are realistic from Indore:
- Mumbai: Trade Centre, G Block, Bandra Kurla Complex; applications Monday to Friday.
- Ahmedabad: Shree Balaji Agora Mall, Sardar Patel Ring Road, Motera; applications Monday to Friday.
- Jaipur: World Trade Park, Malviya Nagar; applications on Tuesdays and Fridays only.
Indore’s campuses and AI2 entry routes
Indore hosts both an IIT, on Khandwa Road at Simrol, and an IIM, at Prabandh Shikhar on the Rau-Pithampur Road, as well as the Shri G. S. Institute of Technology & Science (SGSITS). School leavers who have completed Class 12 with mathematics can apply for the Bachelor in Applied AI, while B.Tech graduates in a related subject fit the MSc Applied AI.
Getting to Paris
Devi Ahilyabai Holkar Airport (IDR) is Indore’s airport. Mumbai and Delhi, where Air France is adding capacity on its Paris routes in 2026, are the obvious connecting points; if you give your biometrics in Mumbai, you will already know the route to the city.
