AI2 – Applied Institute of Artificial Intelligence is an applied AI school on the Écouen campus, 22 minutes from Paris Gare du Nord. Its programmes are taught in English and lead to French qualifications registered at bachelor’s and master’s level.

The Pune desk is inside the Alliance Française de Pune, “Kala Chhaya Campus”, 270-D Patrakar Nagar Road, off Senapati Bapat Road, opposite Vikhe Patil School. VFS Global’s own site gives the Pune centre as 93 Avenue Mall, 4th Floor, Kalubai Chowk, near Fatima Nagar Junction, Wanowrie, open Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00, the longest weekday hours of any French centre in India listed by VFS. The France-Visas page for India, checked in October 2026, still shows an older Viman Nagar address. Pune is in Maharashtra, so the Consulate General of France in Mumbai decides on your visa. Pune’s universities and AI2 programmes
Pune graduates arrive from Savitribai Phule Pune University and its affiliated colleges, COEP Technological University (formerly the College of Engineering Pune) in Shivajinagar, IISER Pune, Symbiosis International University at Lavale, Symbiosis Skills & Professional University and Trinity College of Engineering & Research, among others. An affiliated-college B.E. in computer, IT or electronics engineering leads to the MSc or the Fast-Track. A B.Sc or BCA leads to the MSc. From Lohegaon to Paris
Pune International Airport is a civil enclave at Lohegaon, run by the Airports Authority of India. Air France’s India website lists no Paris departure from Pune; its Indian departure points are Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru and Chennai. From Pune to Paris: the steps
Apply to AI2 online and attend an interview with the academic team.
Receive your admission letter.
Complete the Études en France procedure with Campus France in India: academic file and interview.
Apply for the long-stay student visa (VLS-TS) on France-Visas and attend your appointment, with proof of at least €877.50 a month of resources.
Arrive on the Écouen campus near Paris and validate your visa online on the ANEF portal within three months.
